The Carnival of HR is up over at Jon Ingham’s house.
In a sure sign that FOT is poised to become the world’s next Google, or at least the next Dollar General,
FOT’s Jessica Lee is at the center of the Carnival theme. Her "Bring Sexy Back to HR" series is the backdrop for the entire Carnival.
I’d like to say I was the mastermind, but the exchange went something like this:
Me – "Hey, I’m spreading the wealth around regarding who submits to to the HR Carnival for FOT. You’re up, so can you send Jon a link you want included in the Carnival?"
JLee – "Really? That’s great and I…."
Me (interrupting) – "OK, great work J, just send him something by the deadline, OK? I’m out.."
Next thing I know, the whole thing is her feature. It’s her world, like when Elvis was skinny before the all night buffets and support brassiere took effect.
JLee – Way to inspire the international scene.
In a shocking display of "me too", Michael Homula’s just submitted a series in the FOT cue called "Bringing Sexy Back to Homula". Somehow, I don’t think this one’s going international….
Homula bringing sexy back? I can’t wait!
Bringing sexy BACK to Homula assumes there was “sexy” in the first place that left and now needs to be brought BACK.
So, never having been sexy I couldn’t have lost it and thus it would be impossible to bring BACK. It took me 3 weeks of working on that FOT post “Bringing SExy Back to Homula” to figure this out. What wasted effort!
Hey Kris, it was a great theme by Jessica. Better than that stinky stuff anyway! In my book, if you get one like that, you use it!
