On the surface, this is just a list – a list of the top 25 blogs in the talent management space as determined by this blog and its contributors. So what?! I know. Some of you think that lists don’t matter much. It’s a popularity contest after all. Or perhaps you think that too often lists are rigged or gamed so there’s no trusting them. Your glass is half empty though and I beg to differ.
Lists are important. You may not agree with any critic’s picks for a list – be it FOT or the Oscars – but lists are helpful, as they serve as a starting point to help you form your own opinion. And with talent management blogs, new blogs pop up here and there every other week, it seems – and it’s hard to keep up with everything going on in the blogosphere. You have day jobs and families and real life, off-line lives after all. So every quarter or so, we put out this list because we want to recognize folks out there who are doing some good thinking on their blogs. And we want you to possibly walk away with some new “bright spots.” And these other bloggers keep us on our toes and help us to continue to do what we do.
So, welcome to 2010 and here you have this decade’s first go-round of FOT’s top 25 blogs. Congrats to our winners – and thanks for always generating such fantastic content. We appreciate it.

Many thanks to everyone at FOT for recognizing HR Bartender. I’m honored to be included. Congratulations to all of the other terrific bloggers listed. You inspire me every day.
FOT rocks!
In addition to the recognition (thank you), you’ve created a way for newer bloggers with different voices to enter and “move up the charts.” That’s as it should be and gives those of us who have been here a while a chance to see and hear fresh ideas and approaches.
Nice going. . .
Thanks so much for the inclusion on your rankings. I really appreciate it, although I have to admit I am kind of waiting for an email from Jessica or Sackett telling me that I have just been punked.
Seriously, thanks again and I will try not to embarrass you guys with my future posts.
Thank you Fistful of Talent for the recognition. I’m truly grateful to be included on this list.

I had got a dream to begin my own firm, but I didn’t have enough of cash to do it. Thank goodness my dude recommended to take the loan. Thus I took the college loan and realized my desire.

FOT rocas!
Bien hecho. . .
