Sometimes the headline says it all.

I saw a headline in my feed in my reader that said:  “Monetizing Employee Engagement.”

Nothing wrong with that on the surface but as a I was watching the slide show about how engaged employees drive profits, drive innovation, drive almost anything you can put in a pitch to a C-level type person – I wondered if I would want to work at a company that followed this advice.
