As a general rule, internships aren’t my strongest area. I’m a HR person at a software firm, before that a field HR generalist (manager, director and VP level) with a couple of Fortune 500 entities. Lots to do in all the jobs and even though internships have value, they never got the priority I would have liked to place on them.
