Rob is an interesting fella. After hopping on the phone with him, I was excited to learn about some of his side projects outside of but related to recruiting for the PNL that help to serve the greater good. (Yes, even Capitalists care about the greater good.) Check out a project he's leading with fellow recruiter Steve Levy called the 1,000 Recruiters of Light. The premise? To actively participate in assisting veterans to connect with the
support and resources they need to build a career in the civilian
workforce. Learn more here and here. Interesting concept and great cause – definitely makes me glad he won the contest.
