We spend a lot of time on this site talking about reward and recognition systems (RRS) focused on the employee audience.  Truth be told, that has been an area of focus over the years.  And, with all the attention being paid to engagement these days it is also the area our clients are interested in as well.

However, the reward and recognition “industry” probably does more business in pure dollars in the area of sales incentives.
