Last week I posted about the word “ambiguity” and suggested that managers and employees should get very comfortable with that word. Much of what we deal with in today’s business world is ambiguous. Our job descriptions don’t reflect the fact that a lot of what we really do isn’t well defined and can change at a moment’s notice.
That is – to use and overused term – the new normal.
