This is a tough week for bloggers and writers. We know everyone is just doing the stuff thatNEEDS to be done so they don’t get bothered over the holiday weekend. Only the most sensitive, most important and most boss-facing work is getting done. Everything else moves to the “I’ll worry about it when I get back” folder. Reading this blog just might fall into that category.

But… I figured if I put the words Thanksgiving and Meat in the title of this post I might get few of you to pay attention one more time before the lights go out.

Did you know that the only difference between stuffing and dressing is where it cooks? Stuffing = inside the bird. Dressing = outside the bird. (Resisting the urge to say “Oh, yeah … but did you know that … Geico shakyfist!)
