Paul Hebert talks Crowd Psychology and Employee Engagement

Paul Hebert Paul Hebert, Worldwide FOT

I held this post in abeyance for a few months because I didn’t want it to seem like I was trying to leverage “zeitgeist SEO” when all the trouble in Ferguson broke out – and then again in New York. I’m not one to inappropriately try to drive pageviews based on linking headlines to almost anything in business (I’m sure now that Celebrity Apprentice is back on the air we’ll be seeing those posts each week.)

But enough time has passed to bring up a post on FastCoDesign that ran back in August about crowd psychology. I thought it might have some application in business and employee engagement strategies. First – take a few minutes and read the full article here: “If Cops Understood Crowd Psychology, They’d Tone Down The Riot Gear.”

I know – the title alone just screams employee engagement doesn’t it?
